Creative Burnout Series: Photo Walk and Ride, 2026
A day when local photographers and photo enthusiasts collectively came together to take photos. This project is built around systems change that harms one’s creativity. It shows the community that creativity is a spiritual practice that needs nourishment and support. Policy changes might be the weight of unfinished projects, fear, and self-harm, leading to unanswered questions on the journey of creativity.
Creative Burnout: Communications and Marketing, 2025
A digital workshop for those who work at organizations with movement-based strategies, organizing, and community-centric fundraising tactics. This discussion focused solely on supporting dialogue around building liberated moments for those who work in systems change. Each person took away strategies for building new outcomes in fast-paced environments that require quick action. We need new creative ways to dismantle the direct actions that the institutions feel like they are dismantling. Leaving us to deal with the weight of confusion and added harm that we think is our fault.
